MED Theatre is teaming up with Down Stage Write for a workshop designed to give you the tools to tell the story you’ve always wanted to tell. You might not have written much, but have a great idea that you’re dying to get on the page. You might have written lots, and want some new exercises and tools to refresh your work. This workshop is for writers of all experience levels. Join Jon and Sam for writing exercises and tools that will help you learn: The first things we do when tackling a new idea for a playThe difference between writing from personal experience and autobiographical theatreThe importance of specificity of setting and how that can inform your story
